Chakras

The word Chakra is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning "wheel," "circle" and “cycle". It is described by many as a spinning wheel of light. Although many people are familiar with the word Chakra, ancient cultures worldwide have similar conceptions of energy wheels or vortices. The “Circle” is used in a variety of senses, symbolizing the endless rotation of primordial source energy. The chakra therefore is an energy centre, a cosmic self generating and regenerating battery. In the yogic tradition, seven chakras (of the 88,000) are considered the major chakras and are embodied within our physical bodies and are connected to different nerve plexuses within the body. All of the acupuncture points (Energy Release Points) also act as chakras.

Chakras as invisible, rechargeable batteries

Chakras have the ability to recharge and regenerate through their spin, and work together through their connection to your centre channel. The centre channel is a shaft of energy that runs vertically from the top of your head to the base of your spine. This energy is both masculine and feminine. Masculine energy spins in a counter-clockwise direction, feminine energy spins in a clockwise direction. When these two energies are in perfect balance, they create the flower of life.

Chakras connect your spiritual bodies to your physical one.

Chakras regulate the flow of subtle energy throughout the network that runs through the physical body which in turn influence our physical, emotional and mental states. Their health and integrity are maintained through grounded and balanced lifestyles as well as positive thoughts toward the self and others. Sometimes chakras become blocked because of stress, emotional or physical problems. If the body’s ‘energy system’ can not flow freely it is likely that problems will occur. The consequence of irregular energy flow may result in physical illness and discomfort or a sense of being mentally and emotionally out of balance. Essential oil blends such as those found in our chakra healing mists help activate subtle energy, serving to regenerate and balance the chakra system. Metatron

Metatron means: ‘One who occupies the Throne next to the Throne of the Divine". Within the spiritual hierarchy, Metatron is seen as a heavenly scribe who oversees the Akashic and Karmic records. Described as the ‘King of all the Angels’, in this capacity he oversees the recording angels.  In Metatron's exalted position as one who occupies the Throne next to the Throne of the Divine, Metatron is responsible for the Metatronic Cube and as such holds the blueprint of all creation. He is charged with sustaining human life and acts as the Bridge between the Divine and mankind. The position held by Metatron at the top of the Tree of Life also means he is attributed with being involved in Divine creation: passing the Divine blueprint for creation at all levels down to all the angels beneath him to put into place. Metatron is in charge of and actuates the sacred geometry patterns of the Universe. He holds the Metatronic Cube - a structure composed of all the sacred shapes of the Universe. He places this structure over anything to be created, forming the blueprint of its construction. The major Earth’s ley lines follow the same pattern as the Metatronic Cube. Metatron as Enoch As the prophet Enoch he was a great ruler of his people, governing with justice and peace. he is accredited with bringing writing and books to humanity and is supposed to have written 366 books during his lifetime, including books on the Sacred Knowledge of Creation - creation stories based upon patterns of sacred geometry. He is also supposed to have taught the ‘Sons of God’ how to construct cities and brought through knowledge of the Zodiac and planets. Much of the time he lived a pious life in seclusion when not teaching. He was given the position of Heavenly scribe and asked to maintain the eternal archives of God, recording every event that occurs. Metatron is the protecting angel of children for it was Metatron who stopped Abraham from sacrificing his son Isaac to God.  In vibrational healing, we use the vibrational healing mist of Clarity to connect with Metatron.

Awakening to Higher Consciousness

What does it mean to awaken? It is an expression to make active, to become conscious or to become aware of something. To awaken is to connect to the spiritual embryo, and spark the passion of desire in the pursuit of the development of talents as well as cultivate our potential. Awakening Mist carries the intention to connect with Amaterasu, the Japanese goddess of the sun. In one version of the Japanese mythology, Amaterasu retreated into a cave following a dispute with her brother. The world was cast in darkness and evil spirits ran riot over the earth. The gods all tried to persuade Amaterasu to leave the cave but to no avail. It was only when the gods set roosters outside the cave and made much music that she peaked out with curiosity. The gods had also decorated the surrounding trees with jewels and a mirror. Upon opening the blocked cave just enough to see what all the celebrations were about, she was blinded by her own radiance and beauty in the mirror. That is when she had an awakening, the realization that the greatest gift that she could give humanity in order to relieve suffering and darkness would be to bestow a light within the heart. A light which has the ability to radiate its brilliance and to flow with life. Empowering all to be like the one who makes the heavens shine! So how does one nurture their inner light and live full potential? How does one awaken consciousness? Creative exercise is an excellent tool to deepen one’s connection to the soul. It is not about being an artist, it is about empowerment. It is not about creating a work of art, it is about expressing oneself. It is about carving a space in which you give yourself time to work through an emotion, or a suffering in order to shift your perspective and see the opportunity in which to learn and expand awareness. Using Amaterasu - Awakening mist serves as a bridge from the emotional body to the creativity centre (or the second chakra), as well as creating the link from the creativity centre to the mental body via the passage of the heart.

Full moon in Cancer January 2017

The energies of full moon in January 2017 will bring forward qualities of the Cancer sign. While this is most beneficial for those who are born in this zodiacal sign, it can feel like an emotional roller coaster for those who are not. The Cancer sign at its best is ultimate feminine energy. Feminine energy as represented by the goddess Isis. An energy that is receptive, sensitive, imaginative, kind and highly intuitive. Feminine energy can be seen as the seed of unlimited potential just waiting for the masculine energy to spark the seed into full manifestation. It is the source of creativity. The potential of all that will rebirth. The language of a Cancer moon is expressed with “I Feel”. In this full moon, there will be a large push to “Feel”. The energy of this moon in Cancer can be intense and as such can greatly influence the uncovering of hard to look at emotions and truths. One can feel more vulnerable and exposed. Emotions and truths which have been deeply and darkly hidden, will seem to rise to the surface and be poked by those around you. Have courage, for the once emotions are honestly dealt with, the power of this full moon gives you tools to embrace truth which will allow you to accept, heal and rebirth. So how does one stay in balance when there is such powerful energy swirling about? Here are a few suggestions: Using essential oils such as those found in our vibrational healing products such as Courage (Horus) and Rebirth (Isis). Receiving body work such as Soundtouch therapy. Listening to some beautiful music while drawing, colouring or painting. Writing out a gratitude list and adding to it daily. Journaling. If you do not know how or where to start with a journal, start with “how do I feel today?” Explore the emotion. Then explore some of the roots to that emotion. Some prompting questions can be: have I had enough time with myself, with others, with family? What are my insecurities? What qualities do I have that make me like-able? What are the things that I like the least about myself that I can change? Have I been honest in my relationships? Am I being authentic? Do I need to forgive myself or others in order to move on? Comment below as how you work with your vulnerable side. Blessings from the Centred Being

Being in centre and balance with our New Year goals

January -  a great month to start things that are new and inspiring.  Whether it is goal setting for a healthier lifestyle,  relationship with self and/or with others, career or creativity projects,  remember that the driving force behind the success of these goals are your individual passion, motivation, enthusiasm and inspiration.  Ask yourself questions that address the concerns that you have and the changes that you think that you can make.  Do your goals truly reflect what you want for yourself, or are they reflections of what others expect or want? Once that your goals are identified the next step is to ensure that you keep things in balance. So through the process, how does one stay balanced and in centre?  Being centred means having a reference point, a place to come back to when life and emotions and stress push you off balance. Being ‘centred’ is about finding the perfect point of balance. It is from this perfect point of balance that allows us to observe the action around us and stay detached from the chaos of it all.  The blend of essential oils in our vibrational healing mists work synergistically with the whole body system to create a space for balance, enhancing the small changes that you are already trying to incorporate in your life.   What is it that you do to stay in balance? Regardless of what it is that we observe in our own behaviours and lifestyles, it is usually the little changes that can make the most impact.  The little changes become the goal and as we realize our success in being consistent, our resolutions are strengthened from within and much easier to maintain throughout the year. So thought for the day....how do you get in centre? How do you stay in balance? How does this practice help you commit to your goals? The winter months are a time for inner reflection and building the fires of potential that will burst into busy activity of springtime. Now is the time of building inner stores of vital life energy. Explore what brings you joy and connect to your individual vision. It is this vision which will fuel your desire and passion. Then the steps on the path fall more easily. With consistency you can nurture your dreams and you will see that the goals are achieved with seemingly little effort. Vision unfolds exactly as it supposed to in the time that it takes to connect with purpose. The Centred Being

Embrace the Light of Oneness

The Divine Concept of Oneness is about the realization that ALL is MIND, and that the universe exists within a field of pure Energy and Light. This all embracing consciousness exists in every aspect of our physical reality: the plants, minerals, animals - everything that is created. The Oneness concept sustains the creative force found within All. Other traditions may call this life force energy of consciousness Ch’i, Prana or Golden Liquid Light. It is a beautiful field of energy that we embrace each time we silence an active mind through the awareness of breath. We begin to see the network and inter-relationships of all things. We see the beauty in all that surrounds us. We come to realize the situations presented to us, are opportunities for growth. We will behave in a non-reactive centred way. We express gratitude with more ease and by doing so, we become joy-filled. By embracing the Oneness Concept, our mind becomes aware of how to align with the perfect codes of creation and manifestation. We understand the tools of positive thought, visualizations and proper use of language. The strength to actualize these codes of creativity is amplified by our ability to remain in balance, calm and peace in all our interactions and situations. It becomes the path of joy to see the light and beauty of the Divine in all. Soul and Body are woven together with spirit to express life in physicality. Separation is illusion. Light filled consciousness is subtle, and yet one must understand this subtlety in order understand how light works to influence the creative process of manifestation. This is flow, this is Light filled, this is joy. This is the journey of co-creation through the Light of Oneness. The harmonic blend Vibrational Healing mist "Light" helps us to dissolve the illusion of separation, amplify our ability to connect with the joy of creativity in order to be truly empowered to co-create and manifest a conscious filled life. _The Centred Being

Balance and Harmony

It seems that busy-ness is all around us. Events flowing from one to the next with little room to breathe before the next thing happens. If one thought that summer was busy with outdoor activities, fall and winter provide other types of busy. So how does one cope with the constant demands of everyday life? First of all understand that everything in the universe reflects Divine law and order, our life is not based in chaos or trial and error. Universal laws are the extensions of physical laws that are applied to spiritual laws. Learning about these laws provide us a foundation of self governance so that we can keep in our own personal flow while flowing with the ALL that is. When we are in this flow, we create a sense of centre, harmony, balance and peace. All of the Universal Laws are interrelated and by understanding how they work together we become more conscious of our creation, take responsibility for our lives as well as the pace of life. We flow, we allow, we breathe. So what are some what are some tools to feeling this sense of balance and harmony when we are navigating these Universal laws? The most simple is to follow our breath. To be aware when we inhale and when we exhale. How is the body feeling? Is there tension and constriction? What is the mind doing? Is it chattering, obsessive and noisy? Give the mind something to do, ask it to observe the breath. Then allow the inhale to reach into every part of the body. This creates mindfulness and presence. On the exhale of the breath, allow yourself to release. Release tightness in the musculature. Allow your bones to hold you up instead of working so hard to keep it together. Over a relatively short amount of time, you will notice that you will feel less rushed, more present, more engaged in your activities. You will notice the flow. _The Centred Being

The Three Treasures

The Three Treasures are the metaphysical points within our body that serve to remind us of our sacredness. Cultivating the Three Treasures is seen as an act of refinement such as refining vitality into energy, refining energy into spirit and refining spirit into space. The Three Treasures also represent the three steps in recognizing your path. 1st step in recognizing your path is allowing mystery to present and being able to respond to it. Opening up to the I AM. (what was just done with the beautiful SO HUM meditation) You are always you, nothing less and nothing more. Allowing mystery means to give up control. It means knowing you simply can be responsive to all the things that seem to come up randomly and that these in itself are the deeper revelations of knowing. It is TRUST. 2nd step is to see the signposts, your world, your experiences the people in you life and how you choose to respond within the co-creation of your reality become the signposts, the markers of your path. Your path is always unfolding before you. 3rd step is to have confidence and pure motivation. Confidence is the result of your capacity to trust. You cannot hold back, in the hopes of building more confidence. You cannot hold back from stepping onto your path once it is revealed in some way to you. Holding back is an indication that you are attempting to examine and rate your abilities. It is usually based upon fear. Instead, let your confidence be driven by pure intention, pure motivation, compassion, heart centred purity. Then your steps benefit you and others. Know that your motivations are sincere. Stay connected with your heart and trust. The use of the essential oils found in our harmonic blend of Three Treasures Soap, lotion and oil, the  more you strengthen your ability to recognize the divinity within and  recognize your path. The oils strengthen your vibration of gratitude and appreciation of what is, making it easier to see where you are going and this is never ending. _The Centred Being

Spiritual Hygiene with Archangel Michael

What is Spiritual Hygiene exactly?  This is the term used to maintain a clean etheric body.  Everyone is familiar with their physical body and their physical surroundings.  In fact there has been much research in regards to the effects that our physical surrounding (and their state of cleanliness or chaos) have on not only our physical health, but also our emotional and mental health.  What about the spiritual health?  There are many ways to strengthen our spiritual health, prayers and affirmations are just examples.  But how do we maintain the integrity of our spiritual body?  This is spiritual hygiene.  Spiritual hygiene is to make a conscious connection with our etheric/energy body and through invocation and visualization do a conscious purification or cleansing.  Suggestions can be as diverse as a shower of light, or invocations to deities, saints or archangels such as Archangel Michael.  Vibrational Healing Mists such as Archangel Michael Protection as well as Ascended Master St. Germain Transcend are powerful tools that enhance the clearing and cleansing process.  The Vibrational Healing Soap experience also helps anchor the higher frequencies of light, made through prayer and visualization, into our physicality. They help create a bridge between the seen and the unseen. (or physical and the metaphysical) The more that we maintain the health and integrity of our spiritual body, the stronger our ability to anchor in light filled consciousness, thus strengthening our ability to hold and anchor our light.  Why is this an essential part of our day?  Being able to hold high frequencies of light allows us to feel more centred, peaceful and calm.   Spiritual hygiene also encompasses the energy in the home.  Suggestions for clearing your home can include the use of mists, colour vibration as well as anchoring light with Archangel Michael, Harmony (Hathor) and Peace (Lord Buddha)  candles.
